About the Organizers

Maha Agro is a non-profit organisation that has taken up the task of conducting the Maha Agro Expo in Aurangabad. It was founded in 2010 by Mr. Vasantrao Deshmukh sir and since then Maha Agro has conducted 7 successful Exhibitions with thousands of exhibitors and lakhs of visitors. Maha Agro aims to take a step towards the second Green Revolution. Through their attempts at gathering like minded people from the various fields of agriculture.

 

 

Chamber Of Marathwada Industries & Agriculture representing MSME, Large Scale, MNCs, Agro-based industries & Agriculture in the Marathwada region. CMIA was established in 1969 and since then is consistently catering to the needs of industries cutting across sectors like Iron & Steel, Auto Components, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics & Polymers, other Engineering Industries, Services & Agriculture.

Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani (VNMKV) Established in 1972 at Parbhani for Marathwada Region, it Provide Education, Research and Technologies through the dissemination of knowledge & skill in collaboration with Developmental Departments of the Government and other organization
Marathwada Sheti Sahaya Mandal (MSSM) MSSM is a Non Govt. Organisation (NGO) working in Central Maharashtra for rural development in general and watershed development in particular. Started as a public trust to assist small and marginal farmers of the region to improve their living standard through increased agricultural productivity and income. MSSM undertook several developmental activities in the land and water management sector in the past four decades.

The DA&FW is organized into 28 Divisions and has five attached offices and twenty-one subordinate offices which are spread across the country for coordination with state level agencies and implementation of Central Sector Schemes in their respective fields.
Further, one Public Sector Undertakings,nine autonomous bodies, ten nationallevel cooperative organizations and two authorities are functioning under the administrative control of the Department.

Seed Industries Association Of Maharashtra (SIAM) SIAM is an organization of Seed industries operating in Maharashtra and having own R&D wings. It is also registered under Trust Act. having 87 members. The objective of the association is to establish proper liason and Co-ordination with regulatory authorities. The share of private seed sector in supply of quality seeds to farmers of Maharashtra is more than 60%.
